Our contracting team is required to attend safety training as a part of our new-hire program, and no contracting staff member goes to work without getting OSHA certified. All contractors and field supervisors are required to undergo OSHA 30 training. G&M Services also helps maintain a full-time safety manager dedicated to monitoring safety compliance for each employee. To keep our safety-minded focus, our own safety manager will perform formal monthly training sessions and weekly discussions to keep each employee up to date on the newest protocols and technologies.
