- G & M Services, LLC Is contacted by a potential or repeat client regarding a potential concrete sawing and drilling project. They schedule a time for G & M Services to perform a site visit.
- G & M Services, LLC performs a site visit. They discuss the project with the potential client and devise the best possible solutions for the task at hand. G & M Services, LLC devises a plan to accomplish the desired task with a safe and cost effective solution and submits it to the client. Our prices reflect the quality and level of safety that a project needs in order to get the task done correctly. Our price may not always be the cheapest in the industry, but we will honor are price with no additional up charges. We honor the price we give you with no additional costs unless a large unforeseen issue arises.
- Client Schedules job
- G & M Services starts the project on an agreed date. Field Mechanics are briefed regarding the project and are given a copy of the site visit/plan. Our field mechanics are highly trained and knowledgeable in this field. They are able to solve issues if they arise at the field site
- When concrete sawing and drilling project is completed, the client signs off on the work order. All clients are asked to fill our a customer feedback form so we can find ways to improve our concrete sawing and drilling services
